نيويورك (رويترز) - أصبح أغنى أغنياء العالم أكثر شبابا وأوفر ثراء مع انضمام مزيد من الروس والهنود لقائمة مجلة فوربس للمليارديرات في العالم عام 2007 والتي تضم 946 شخصا وكشف النقاب عنها يوم الخميس.
وقالت المجلة ان عدد المليارديرات ارتفع بنسبة 19 في المئة عن العام الماضي حينما كانوا 793 مليارديرا وزاد صافي ثروتهم بنسبة 35 في المئة الى 3.5 تريليون دولار.
وانخفض متوسط أعمار المليارديرات عامين ليصبح 62 عاما وكون معظمهم ثروته بشكل عصامي حيث بدأ 60 في المئة منهم برأس مال قليل للغاية. وأصبح ثلثا من تضمهم القائمة أكثر ثراء مع ارتفاع صافي قيمة ثروة كل من هم في المراكز الخمسين الاولى تقريبا.
وقال ستيف فوربس المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة فوربس "هذا أكثر الأعوام ثراء في التاريخ الانساني على الاطلاق. لم يحدث قط على مر التاريخ مثل هذا التقدم الملحوظ."
وكان من بين من انضموا الى القائمة هذا العام هوارد شولتز مؤسس شركة ستاربوكس ومايكل ايزنر الرئيس التنفيذي السابق لشركة والت ديزني.
واحتفظ بيل جيتس مؤسس شركة برامج الكمبيوتر العملاقة مايكروسوفت وأحد مالكيها بصدارة القائمة للعام الثالث عشر على التوالي بثروة قدرها نحو 56 مليار دولار يليه في المركز الثاني المستثمر الاسطوري وارين بوفيه رئيس صندوق بركشاير هاثاواي للاستثمار بثروة قدرت بنحو 52 مليار دولار. وجاء في المركز الثالث قطب الاتصالات المكسيكي كارلوس سليم بثروة قدرها 49 مليار دولار.
واحتل شولتز المركز 840 في القائمة بثروة قدرها 1.1 مليار دولار. وجاء ايزنر في المركز 891 بثروة قدرها مليار دولار.
وفي الصين انضمت للقائمة لاول مرة هذا العام المليارديرة شيونج يان مؤسسة ورئيسة مجلس ادارة شركة ناين دراجونز الصينية لصناعة ورق التغليف والتي دخلت التاريخ باعتبارها أغنى أغنياء الصين وأحد ثلاث نساء ولدن في الصين وكون ثروتهن بأنفسهن. وبلغت ثروتها 2.4 مليار دولار واحتلت المركز 390.
وقفزت روسيا للمركز الثالث في تصنيف الدول بالقائمة السنوية لمجلة فوربس حيث بها 53 مليارديرا أي أقل باثنين فقط عن ألمانيا التي تحتل المركز الثاني منذ فترة بعد الولايات المتحدة التي تحتل الصدارة في عدد المليارديرات.
الا ان اجمالي ثروة المليارديرات الروس تجاوزت ثروة نظرائهم الالمان حيث تقدر ثروات الروس بمبلغ 282 مليار دولار مقارنة مع 245مليار دولار للالمان وفقا لما تقوله مجلة فوربس. ومتوسط أعمار المليارديرات في روسيا نحو 46 عاما.
وفي اسيا احتلت الهند الصدراة بأكبر عدد من أصحاب المليارات متخطية اليابان التي كانت تحتل الصدارة في عددهم بالمنطقة لنحو عشرين عاما.
فقد قالت فوربس ان عدد المليارديرات بالهند بلغ هذا العام 36 مليارديرا يملكون ثروة تقدر بنحو 191 مليار دولار بينما عدد أصحاب المليارات باليابان بلغ 24 بثروة 64 مليار دولار.
وقالت المجلة ان ثروة قطب الاتصالات المكسيكي سليم زادت 19 مليار دولار محتلا المركز الاول في حجم الزيادة في الثروة خلال عام على مدى عشر سنوات. وأوضحت فوربس ان ثروته تعادل 6.3 في المئة من الناتج الاقتصادي السنوي للمكسيك.
وقفز مليارديران جديدان الى المراكز العشرة الاولى في القائمة هما الاسباني امانسيو اورتيجا صاحب سلسلة متاجر زارا للبيع بالتجزئة الذي صعد للمركز الثامن بثروة قدرها 24 مليار دولار والكندي ديفيد طومسون وعائلته الذين جاءوا في المركز العاشر محتلا مكان والده قطب الاعلام الراحل كنيث طومسون.
وضمت القائمة 178 مليارديرا جديدا وبلغ عدد الدول الممثلة فيها 53 دولة. ومن بين أصحاب المليارات ضمت 83 امرأة بينهن عشر كون ثرواتهن بأنفسهن.
ومثل الامريكيون 44 في المئة من مليارديرات العالم.

وما زال الفندق الذي يعتزم رجل الاعمال الشاب تامر العبد افتتاحه للكلاب في مطلع العام المقبل في مرحلة التجربة لكن جولة في حديقة الفندق التي تحظى بعناية فائقة تنبيء بالفعل بالفخامة التي سيستمتع بها النزلاء.
وينتظر أن يستقبل الفندق كلاب الاثرياء الذين لا يجدون من يعتني بحيواناتهم أثناء السفر أو العطلات.
وربما يبدو مشروع فندق الكلاب غريبا في بلد ينتشر فيه الفقر مثل مصر لكن صاحب المشروع تامر العبد يعتقد أنه سيلبي احتياجات طبقة معينة من الاثرياء.
وقال العبد "وجدت ان اناسا كثيرين بدأت تقتني كلاب ... لكن عند سفرها لا تعرف ماذا تفعل بالكلاب. فكرت ان نبدأ فندق لها على مستوى جيد بحيث يسافر اصحاب الكلاب وهم مطمئنين."
وفي المزرعة المترامية الاطراف خصصت أوجار منفردة لكل كلب. ويستعين المشروع بالفعل باثنين من مدربي الكلاب وطبيب بيطري.
وتقدم لنزلاء في الفندق وجبات يومية فاخرة وتستطيع الكلاب أن تجري وتلعب في حديقة كبيرة تنتشر في جنباتها الزهور ومزودة ببركة خاصة للسباحة.
وحدد الفندق 150 جنيها مصريا (نحو 26 دولارا) سعرا للاقامة الكاملة للكلب في اليوم وهو مبلغ كبير بالنسبة للغالبية العظمى من المصريين.
ووردت فكرة فندق الكلاب على ذهن تامر العبد أثناء اقامته في بريطانيا حيث يقول انه رأى الاهتمام الكبير الذي يوليه أصحاب الكلاب بحيواناتهم. وذكر العبد أن الكلاب التي ستقيم في فندقه ستلقى عناية ورعاية عالية المستوى.
وقال "نبني المزيد من الغرف. كل كلب مقيم في مكان منفصل ولا يحتك بالكلاب الاخرى... اعصابه هادئة خاصة انه في مكان جديد عليه."
وفي أعقاب نشر مقال باحدى الصحف عن "فندق سبعة نجوم للكلاب" في مصر في الاونة الاخيرة انتاب العبد بعض الخوف من أن يعتبر مشروعه ضربا من التباهي. لكنه يأمل أن يقتنع الناس بأن الفندق نموذج لكيفية تحسين العناية بالحيوانات في مصر.
وسيجري تدريب الكلاب أثناء اقامتها في الفندق على الصيد أو الحراسة. ويستخدم المدربون اللغتين العربية والانجليزية في القاء التعليمات للكلاب.
